Fats and nuts: consume in small quantities.
Milk, yoghurt and cheese: 3 portions of these per day.
Meat, poultry, fish, eggs and vegetarian alternatives: consume 1-2 portions per day.
Cereals and potatoes: consume with each main meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Fruit and vegetables: consume 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day
Drinks: as much water as you like, but at least 1.5l per day.
